Pastor Scott Hess was born and raised in Stockton Il where he graduated from Stockton High School in 1995. Scott has three children. His son Noah (19) currently attends UW Platteville. His two daughters, Delilah (12) and Ava (16) are both students at Stockton High School. Pastor Scott was a certified lay speaker in the United Methodist Church as well as the youth pastor at Calvary for several years. He has a certification in Biblical Studies from Colorado Christian University and will continue his education at Wesley Biblical Seminary in the fall.
